1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a player or using the academy’s services, parents/guardians agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
Players must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the academy programmes. Accurate information must be provided during registration.
3. Payments & Fees
- Fees must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise agreed
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at the academy’s discretion
- Missed sessions are not refundable
4. Attendance & Behaviour
Players are expected to:
- Arrive on time and prepared
- Show respect to coaches, teammates, officials, and facilities
- Follow academy rules and instructions
The academy reserves the right to suspend or remove any player whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
5. Health & Medical
Parents/guardians must:
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions
- Ensure players are physically fit to participate
- Acknowledge that futsal involves inherent physical risk
The academy will take reasonable care but cannot accept liability for injuries sustained during normal participation.
6. Photography & Marketing
By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to the use of photos and videos for promotional purposes unless written opt-out is provided.
7. Liability
The academy is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or normal sporting risk
8. Programme Changes
The academy reserves the right to:
- Amend schedules, venues, or coaches
- Cancel sessions due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances
9. Termination
The academy may terminate participation without refund for serious misconduct or repeated breaches of policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
